Employee Relations Director (Remote & Flextime Options!)

Our client are a well-established global leader in software, recruiting an Employee Relations Director to lead all ER initiatives for Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relevant policies in collaboration with HR, Legal, and other departments.
  • Advise on work-related issues.
  • Support managers with performance issues; propose / recommend solutions.
  • Conduct investigations as needed.
  • Prepare reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate on other organizational changes.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience (eg. as HRBP).
  • 4+ years of experience focused on Employee Relations specifically.
  • Strong project & people management skills.
  • Ability to work in globalized / multicultural environment.
