Job Title: EC/Omnichannel Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operation and management of the company's domestic e-commerce site.
2. Execute the PDCA cycle for KPIs through coordination with headquarters and local departments.
3. Collaborate with the MD team for product purchasing, inventory control, and sales planning.
4. Conduct sales analysis and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
5. Collaborate with customer service, warehouse, IT, and logistics to improve operations, reporting directly to headquarters.
6. Set up and manage campaigns and promotions tailored for the local market.
7. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to enhance traffic and site performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations.
- Experience in data-driven operations improvement.
- Basic proficiency in English for email correspondence.
- Strong skills in Word, Excel (IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in apparel or luxury brands' e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, and project management.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
