Our client are a luxury hotel group, recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage for a major high-end Kyoto property.

This is a pre-opening role offering the chance to set the culinary direction and build structure from the ground up. Of course, it's also a team / department leadership role.

職務内容：

• 飲食部門のチームをリードし、管理する
• 飲食部門の戦略を開発する
• メニュー作成、仕入先選定、スタッフ採用などの開業準備を行う
• 全ての業務が健康、安全、品質基準を満たしていることを確認する
• 経営陣と協力し、飲食部門の目標がビジネスの目的と一致していることを確認する

応募資格：

• 飲食部門管理での5年以上の経験
• 高級ホテルでの経験
• チーム管理の経験
