We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a leading company in the FMCG sector. This key role involves leading demand forecasting and business planning to aid decision-making and ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will work in a dynamic environment with the chance to develop business strategy at a global level and move up to roles like Senior Planning Manager or Senior Commercial Finance Manager. Potential to advance to leadership positions such as Head of Planning or Finance Director in various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• - Create accurate demand forecasts using data analysis and market insights.
• - Lead weekly meetings with teams to adjust forecasts as needed.
• - Conduct monthly reviews, presenting forecasts and recommendations, and work with regional teams on sales and operations planning.
• - Study industry trends and competitor data to support forecasts and strategic planning.
• - Ensure timely and accurate data uploads to support the supply chain and prepare monthly reports on market trends.
• - Mentor team members and help build a strong team culture.
• - Represent the Planning team in meetings to align on forecasts and improve demand planning processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• - At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Commercial Finance, preferably in FMCG.
• - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and business planning.
• - Experience with systems like SAP BPC, SAP APO, and Kinaxis.
• - Fluent in English and Japanese
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• - Integrity and a disciplined approach to decision-making.
