Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights

• Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver data-driven solutions

• Visualize findings and communicate results to stakeholders

• Contribute to the growth of data infrastructure and analytics capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or related field

• Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)

• Experience with SQL and data processing frameworks

• Practical knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling

• Business-level English (Japanese not required, but a plus)
