Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals.
• Support event catering and other culinary duties as required.
• Assist in the ongoing improvement of kitchen operations
• Ensure meal presentation is high-standard.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a luxury / premium environment (preferred).
• Experience in an international hotel (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
