We are looking for a Collateral/Margin Operations Director to join our client's team in Tokyo. In this role, you will manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with market rules. Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage daily operations for margin calls and ISDA-CSA processes, and handle disputes with other parties.
• - Build business relationships in Japan and support new business initiatives.
• - Participate in projects that adapt to market and regulatory changes and improve processes.
• - Ensure compliance with local and international rules, especially in derivatives margining, through careful reporting and monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills:

• - Bachelor's degree required.
• - At least 6 years of relevant experience in financial services, with knowledge of products like equity, OTC derivatives, and FX; understanding of ISDA/CSA agreements is a plus.
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• - Strong integrity and ability to work under pressure.
• - Excellent relationship management skills, with fluency in Japanese and English.
• - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
• - Self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team.
