Our client, a global leader in information management within the Cloud & IT Operations industry, is seeking a Client Director to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to partner with top-tier companies worldwide, tackling complex issues and contributing to digital transformation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • - Own Professional Services business in key accounts
  • - Maintain client relationships and drive recurring services bookings
  • - Negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations
  • - Support leadership reviews and present program status
  • - Oversee project cost and timeline management
  • - Manage risk and issue resolution for project activities
  • - Create Work Breakdown Structures for pricing estimates



Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years in selling consulting services for medium to large projects
  • - Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps, IT Operations, Cyber Security
  • - Proficient in using Salesforce.com for managing opportunity pipeline
  • - Native Japanese language proficiency
  • - Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
