Our client, a global leader in information management within the Cloud & IT Operations industry, is seeking a Client Director to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to partner with top-tier companies worldwide, tackling complex issues and contributing to digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Professional Services business in key accounts
- Maintain client relationships and drive recurring services bookings
- Negotiate and collaborate across teams and organizations
- Support leadership reviews and present program status
- Oversee project cost and timeline management
- Manage risk and issue resolution for project activities
- Create Work Breakdown Structures for pricing estimates

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in selling consulting services for medium to large projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps, IT Operations, Cyber Security
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com for managing opportunity pipeline
- Native Japanese language proficiency
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
