Our client, a full-service clinical contract research organization, is seeking a full-time Associate Director/Director to join their Site Contracts team in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic development of Site Contracts team
- Manage and improve site contract negotiation processes
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide guidance on site contracts and budgets
- Integrate site contracts with clinical operations

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of contract management experience in clinical research
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing a group
- Experience with site contracts in clinical trials
- Knowledge of study start-up processes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japan
