Our client, a global destination management company in the travel agency industry, is seeking an FIT Director to lead their FIT Inbound Department.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse team, drive sales performance, and develop unique travel products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage FIT Inbound Department's financial performance and budget planning

- Maintain key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Develop unique travel products and experiences for clients

- Supervise and evaluate department managers and team leaders

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Coordinate with HR for timely recruitment and training

Qualifications:

- 10+ years in travel industry management (mandatory)

- Experience with P&L management (mandatory)

- Strong client relationship management skills

- Experience in team leadership and development

- Proficiency in budget planning and financial analysis

- Familiarity with travel product development

- Knowledge of Japanese market and culture is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred but not mandatory
