Our client, a start-up in the robotics and precision measurement industry, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a key role to guide their financial strategies during a pre-IPO phase.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage all aspects of the finance department, including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• - Develop and execute fundraising strategies, focusing on equity financing.
• - Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international investors.
• - Create financial strategies to support the establishment of a U.S. office.
• - Lead financial preparations for an IPO, including interactions with institutional investors.
• - Plan and manage stock option programs.

Qualifications

• - Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role
• - IPO / Pre-IPO exposure.
• - Strong understanding of financial strategies and investor relations.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
• - Experience in the robotics or high-tech start-up sector (preferred).
