Our client are a global banking institution, looking for a Cash Market Operations Specialist. This is an entry-level position, with great opportunities for career development. You will focus on domestic fixed income in a prestigious and leading company.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions including cash trades, repo transactions, collateral management, and margining.
• Handle regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize data analysis tools to recommend operational improvements.
• Resolve settlement issues, escalate complex problems, and suggest solutions.
• Participate in new product launches, service enhancements, and platform upgrades.
• Develop policies to streamline trade flow processes.
• Monitor operations to reduce risk and protect the firm and clients.
• Support and train new team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Japanese domestic fixed income products.
• Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
• Teamwork skills and proactive task management.
