Our client are a fast-growing & global financial services startup, with strong financial backing who are active in more than 30 countries. They're searching for a Business Analyst.

You'll use business analytics to improve a range of business strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• - Understand the company's operations and how they impact profitability.
• - Propose strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• - Use advanced data science techniques to analyze customer data and gain insights into operational performance.
• - Collaborate closely with executive management.
• - Develop and apply business analytics models for operations.

Requirements:

• - 3-5 years of professional experience in business analytics
• - Experience within the financial sector (preferred).
• - Skills in SQL, Python, R or similar programming languages.
• - Business-level Japanese (strongly preferred).
