- 店舗運営およびスタッフ管理

- 顧客関係管理戦略を実施し、お客様との関係を強化

- 販売および在庫管理システムの最適化

- 売上向上のための戦略策定

- 店舗内でブランド基準の維持

応募資格：

- ラグジュアリーリテール業界での5年以上のマネジメント経験

- 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力

- 日本市場における高級ブランドの深い理解

- 顧客関係管理ツールを用いた経験

- 販売および在庫管理システムの習熟
