主要な業務内容：

採用、トレーニング、スタッフのパフォーマンス管理を行い、高パフォーマンスチームを確立する。
フード＆ビバレッジディレクターと協力し、効率的な日常業務の計画と運営を行う。マネージャー不在時にはシフト管理を行い、スムーズなサービスを提供する。
優れたサービスを提供し、迅速にお客様の懸念に対応する。ピーク時間には積極的にゲストと交流し、ダイニング体験を向上させる。
予算管理、コストの最適化、在庫管理を行い、収益性を向上させる。
ホテルのラグジュアリースタンダードをすべてのダイニングエリアで維持し、一貫したサービスとプレゼンテーションを確保する。
エグゼクティブシェフと協力し、新メニューやプロモーションイベントを開発・実施する。
高水準の衛生と清潔さを維持し、健康規制を遵守する。
