Our client, a leader in the food trading and distribution industry, is seeking a Tax Specialist/Assistant Manager to Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage comprehensive tax operations for both the company and its holding company, providing valuable experience in international tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit corporate, consumption, and local tax returns
- Coordinate with tax advisory firms for compliance
- Assist in international tax compliance tasks
- Provide tax advice to other departments
- Prepare documentation for tax audits and propose improvements
- Calculate and apply tax effect accounting in financial statements

- 税務申告業務（法人税・消費税・地方税の申告書作成・提出）
- 税理士事務所との連携による法令遵守の確保
- 国際税務コンプライアンス業務のサポート
- 他部門への税務アドバイスの提供
- 税務調査用の資料作成と改善提案
- 財務諸表への税効果会計の計算と適用

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of tax-related work experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of tax effect accounting (mandatory)
- Experience with accounting software (mandatory)
- Tax accountant certification is preferred but not mandatory

- 税務関連業務経験3年以上（必須）
- 税効果会計の知識（必須）
- 会計ソフトウェアの使用経験（必須）
- 税理士資格があれば尚可
