Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily housekeeping operations and support staff
- Inspect rooms and provide feedback to housekeeping team
- Collaborate with Maintenance on room and property issues
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and hiring new housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with luxury hotel housekeeping standards
- Manage housekeeping supply inventory and replenishment

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping management
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Experience with luxury hotel standards
- Knowledge of housekeeping management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
