Our client, a leader in the ultra-luxury hotel industry, is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance for their prestigious hotel in Kyoto. This role offers the opportunity to safeguard the financial integrity of the hotel while supporting the Director of Finance in managing all financial aspects.

Key Responsibilities / 業務内容:

- Monitor and verify hotel financial reports for accuracy and compliance
- Assist Director of Finance in managing daily finance operations
- Review ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements
- Control cash flow statements and identify financial threats
- Provide accounting expertise to support and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with local government financial regulations
- Establish and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Network with external auditors and vendors for business continuity

Qualifications / 応募資格:

- 2+ years in finance role at luxury hotels/resorts
- Chartered Financial Analyst certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in PMS and finance systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- CFA資格があれば尚可
- PMSや財務システムの習熟
- 経営学、財務、または会計の学士号
- 日本語と英語での流暢なコミュニケーション能力
