Our client, an ultra-luxury lifestyle hotel in Tokyo, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable. This role offers the opportunity to manage critical financial processes and drive team development in a prestigious hospitality setting.

業務内容:

- 買掛金管理を中心とした経理業務のリード
- 請求書処理と支払いスケジュールの管理
- 月次および年次決算のサポート
- 内部統制および監査への遵守
- 財務業務におけるプロセス改善の推進
- ファイナンスチームの能力開発と管理

- Lead accounting operations focusing on Accounts Payable
- Manage invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Support monthly and annual financial closing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits
- Drive process improvements in finance operations
- Develop and manage finance team capabilities

応募資格:

- 特に買掛金管理における財務および会計の実務経験
- Sun Systems（Micros、Oracleなど）の使用経験（いずれかのシステムでの経験でも可）
- 高い英語コミュニケーション能力
- チーム管理の実績
- 日本語の流暢さ（必須）
- ホスピタリティ業界での財務経験がある方歓迎

- Practical experience in finance and accounting, especially in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Sun systems (Micros, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in team management
- Fluency in Japanese (mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality finance is preferred but not mandatory
