Assistant Accounting Manager (8m JPY, Hybrid Work OK!)

We are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our client in the FMCG/Cosmetics sector.

Our client offers hybrid / remote work options. You'll collaborate directly with global HQ, and have opportunities for overseas travel.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage journal entries and accounts receivable/payable
• - Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• - Process intercompany transactions
• - Maintain general ledger entries
• - Oversee monthly and annual closing procedures
• - Assist with tax filing
• - Manage revenue and sales accounting
• - Prepare reports and conduct financial analysis

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of accounting experience
• - Experience with accounting software
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Experience with Navision (preferred)
• - Relevant qualifications / certifications (preferred)
• - Experience working in a global / international environment (preferred)
