APAC Senior HRBP

Our client are a global multimedia company, looking for a a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to take APAC-wide responsibility.

You will have the chance to create and implement HR strategies across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR initiatives alongside regional HR and COE partners, adapting them for specific business needs.
  • Provide leadership with advice on people and organizational structure.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
  • Work with leaders to retain and develop key personnel.
  • Lead efforts in organizational change to improve team performance.
  • Apply diversity and inclusion principles in both business and HR strategies.
  • Handle employee relations.
  • Accurately manage organizational and employee data.
  • Monitor staff metrics and manage costs in line with budget constraints.


Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • More than 3 years as a Senior HRBP.
  • Experience in matrixed or regional roles (preferred).
  • Experience in people management (preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Japanese proficiency (preferred).
  • Capable of balancing business objectives with employee needs.
