Role Overview As a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI Search, you will design and build large-scale search and retrieval systems powering AI-native applications.
This is not a maintenance role! You’ll help define architecture, improve relevance, and shape how enterprise users interact with AI-driven search.What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems for AI-powered search
  • Improve search relevance and ranking
  • Work with LLM-based systems and retrieval pipelines
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with product and AI teams from design to deployment
  • Contribute across the full SDLC
