**Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Support:**
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance for after-sales queries.
- Guide customers on product care, repairs, and warranties.
- Coordinate with stores and HQ as needed
2. **Repair Management:**
- Coordinate timely repairs, liaising with technicians and suppliers.
- Maintain detailed repair records.
3. **Warranty Administration:**
- Process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring compliance.
- Clarify warranty terms and monitor claim resolution.
4. **Product Knowledge and Training:**
- Stay updated on product offerings and trends.
- Conduct product training for staff.
5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify and implement enhancements for after-sales processes.
- Gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior premium brand or luxury retail after-sales or customer service experience.
