We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a well-known fashion retail company. This role offers a mix of on-site and remote work and requires fluency in Japanese. You will help ensure the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead accounting operations and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• - Oversee cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• - Handle all tax-related activities, including filing returns and managing audits.
• - Coordinate responses to audits from both internal and external sources.
• - Ensure financial systems run smoothly.
• - Help prepare budgets and forecasts, offering financial insights.
• - Communicate with the headquarters in Italy to align with global financial practices.
• - Improve business processes for better efficiency.
• - Lead and guide a team of four.

Qualifications:

• - Over 10 years in finance, with at least 2 years in an accounting management role.
• - Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
• - Experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
• - Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• - Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
