- - 10名以上のチームの管理と育成
- - 経理プロセスの再構築と最適化
- - 新規事業やM&Aの財務面の取り扱い
- - 効率的な会計システムの導入と改善
- - 日本の会計基準への準拠
- - Excelを使用した複雑なデータ分析
- - Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members
- - Reconstruct and optimize accounting processes
- - Handle financial aspects of new business ventures and M&A
- - Implement and improve accounting systems for efficiency
- - Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards
- - Conduct complex data analysis using Excel
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - 3年以上のビジネス環境での会計経験
- - 日本の会計基準に関する知識（必須）
- - Excelを用いた複雑なデータ分析のスキル
- - 財務管理および意思決定の経験
- - 日本語での強力なコミュニケーション能力
- - SAPやOracleなどの会計ソフトの経験があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
- - 3+ years accounting experience in a business environment
- - Knowledge of Japanese accounting standards (mandatory)
- - Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis
- - Experience with financial management and decision-making
- - Strong communication skills in Japanese
- - Experience with accounting software like SAP or Oracle is preferred but not mandatory
