• Manage monthly financial close process.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor expenditures.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Mentor junior members of accounting team; prepare to step into management role.

Qualifications

• 3+ year relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software / Excel.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Leadership skills; desire to step into management role.
