Our client, a company in the real estate industry, is seeking an SPC Accounting Manager to join their expanding finance department.

This role offers the opportunity to engage actively with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the management of real estate investment funds and gaining diverse knowledge in tax, accounting, and legal aspects.

主な業務内容：

SPCの会計および税務コンプライアンスの管理

SPC業務における外部ベンダーとの調整

ベンダーからの成果物のレビューおよびフィードバック

コンプライアンス、税務、会計に関する助言

投資家向け報告資料の作成

ファンド設立および不動産取引のサポート

月次および年次のSPC財務締め作業

消費税および法人税の計画と申告

応募資格：

3年以上の会計または税務の経験

日商簿記2級程度の資格相当

Excelの関数、ピボットテーブル、VLOOKUPに精通

ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力

外部ベンダーとの交渉・調整経験

SPC会計の経験があれば尚可
