This role offers the opportunity to maximize business and relationship opportunities with key accounts and distributors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Manage strategic business to meet revenue and profit targets
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Collaborate with retail marketing and supply chain teams
- Identify and address new business opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
- Deliver weekly forecasts and root cause analysis
- 5+ years of sales experience in premium/luxury market
- Fluent Japanese communication with business-level English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of consumer electronics industry
- Strong negotiation and competitive selling skills
