Your Responsibilities

• Provide the best talent to a growing business
• Help clients achieve business goals recruiting key talent
• Network and build talent pool for future positions
• Communicate in both English and Japanese with stakeholders and candidates

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 1-year internal recruitment experience
• Understanding of and experience using: LinkedIn, employee referral, job boards to source talent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• N1 Japanese and Business level English
• Agency experience is preferred
• Positive and ‘Can-do’ attitude
