Your Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee relations
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Develop and train managers and staff level employees
The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business level English and Fluent Japanese
