Your Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee relations
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Develop and train managers and staff level employees

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Business level English and Fluent Japanese
