We need a Senior Tax Manager. This is a new opportunity at an American technology company. This position will suit an experienced taxation professional.

The role is responsible for managing, analyzing and optimizing our finance and taxation interests. Knowledge and experience of US GAAP and JP GAAP are necessary. Solid understanding of the tax laws and regulations in the US and Japan are important.

This is an international company with global interests. Good communication skills are necessary. Requirements needed: Fluent Japanese and Business-level English language skills.

Required Skills

• Fluent-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• 10 years’ experience in corporate taxation, with exposure to tax in the US and Japan.
• Knowledge and experience of US GAAP and JP GAAP.
• Solid understanding of the tax laws and regulations in the US and Japan.
• A detail-oriented, and analytical tax professional.
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree.
