Our client, a leading global e-commerce and technology company, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their Asia Pacific Japan Tax Team in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to focus on corporate tax matters, consumption tax, withholding tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing, primarily supporting the Consumer business in Japan. The position offers a competitive salary range of 13-17 million JPY and requires proficiency in both Japanese and English.

業務内容：

法律の動向を監視し、税務上の影響をアドバイスする

国税庁や税務署との税務関連の交渉における会社代表

国際的な法人所得税に関する戦略的な税務アドバイスを提供

チームと連携し、ビジネス意思決定に税務考慮を統合

複雑な税務事項に関する技術的分析を実施

クロスボーダー取引の税務影響をアドバイス

日本の税法に準拠して業務を遂行

応募資格：

税務、財務、または関連する分析分野での10年以上の経験

日本語および英語でのビジネスレベル以上の能力

企業環境、会計事務所、または大手法律事務所での税務経験

会計概念と税法、法律、基準に関する経験

税理士資格（必須ではありませんが、あれば尚可）

Excelベースのモデルまたは同様のプログラムでの税務モデリング経験
