A tech start-up is looking for candidates, for a Legal Counsel role. This position would be based in their Tokyo office. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Lawyer qualification a plus, but not required. Bengoshi qualification big plus. 
• 5+ years of experience desirable. Experience in IT companies and/or start-ups a must. 
• Strong skills on drafting and reviewing Japanese contracts. 
• Native Japanese level a must. Other languages a plus.
