Junior Client Analyst

Specialized Group is looking for a Junior Client Analyst, who would like to pursue a career within Financial Sales. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual is ready to pursue a career working as a Client/Sales Manager for both the buy-side and sale-side. This position will allow you to build out your experience and client base, without sacrificing sector flexibility. The American Firm continues to grow rapidly here in Japan, and this position will be a key role for the future. 

Your Responsibilities          

• Answer client enquiries 
• Provide analytics support, and work closely with coverage team to help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue 
• Work with colleagues in Tokyo and Shanghai to ensure complete coverage
• Enhance client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients 
• Maintain relationships by ensuring relevant product and model information is shared with clients
• Provide client feedback to the Marketing, Product Management, Research and Data teams
• Client visits is on an as-needed basis
• Reporting in both English and Native Japanese 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

• Experience within an financial institution
• Bachelors or degree with concentrations in Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• A self-starter and highly motivated, proactive, strong problem solving and communication, ability to work individually and within a team
