Our client are a global banking institution looking for an Analyst / Junior Corporate Banker. You'll gain experience working on strategy, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.

This is a chance for junior candidates (Graduates or those with 1-3 years experience) to gain experience working with senior management and to fast-track your career development at a global banking leader.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategy development to improve client relationships.
• Identify credit risks early.
• Help achieve targets for revenue, product alignment, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify marketing opportunities and contribute to strategic analysis.
• Oversee credit risk reports, ensuring compliance with limits and documentation requirements.
• Maintain internal control standards and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in banking, preferably in Corporate Banking.
• Knowledge of Global Banking & Markets products, services, and procedures.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Effective communication in English and Japanese.
