We need an in-house Helpdesk Specialist. This is the perfect position for a great communicator with strong customer service skills.

You will need solid experience in technology infrastructure support. You should be familiar with workstations, servers, smartphones, printers, VOIP, network systems, etc. You will be responsible for technical incident management and resolution. Additionally, you will oversee our operational performance requirements.

Communication is key to this role. You will be working for an international company. You will need conversation level English skills.

  • Native level Japanese
  • Conversational level English
  • 3 years Helpdesk experience
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Good knowledge of multi-user computer systems
  • Knowledge of business development applications and LAN
