This is a mid-sized Consulting firm doing great work here in Japan and growing steadily.  The firm is very international, with 30% of the staff foreigners and 70% of non-foreigners educated overseas. 

Your Responsibilities

This will be the second HR hire for the firm so will still require hands on capability
