Specialized Group’s client is a consumer goods company with a large team in Japan. This is an international company with a market leading range of products. You will be leading an accounting team and managing budgets and reports with clear access to senior management.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of all accounting related activities.
• Communicate closely with the management team.
• The position manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the accounting reporting.
• Perform key duties in compliance, regulations and standards.
• Responsible for planning and the accounting management of the team; defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations.
• Helps determine approaches to managing processes, resolving operational issues, and resource management.
• Provides key guidance on accounting management.
• Acts as advisor to resolve any accounting problems.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native-level Japanese
• Conversational-level English
• Extensive knowledge of management accounting
• Over 5 years' experience in finance
• University degree.
