🧩 About the Role In this role, you will lead strategic design initiatives that merge human-centered design with emerging technologies such as generative AI. Working alongside global teams—including UI/UX experts and tech professionals across Asia and Europe—you will help design and deliver transformative customer and employee experiences (CX/EX).

By conducting deep UX research and leveraging AI tools, you will help define and deliver a forward-thinking employee experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct UX research (interviews, workshops, user journey analysis)
Plan and design new services/products based on user insights
Lead projects and manage stakeholders across regions
Collaborate with international UI/UX and technology teams
✅ Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in UX design or design process implementation
Involvement in digital service/product development projects
Experience with UX research (qualitative/quantitative)
Team leadership or project management experience

UI/UX direction or creative leadership
Experience in services/products utilizing generative AI
Background in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Business-level English communication
Familiarity with tools such as Power Platform, CDP, or MA platforms
