Position details:

• Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected).
• Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for current/future products.
• Consider design rules and build design systems.

Requirements:

• Team management experience (3-4 members expected).
• Experience in UI/UX design for web services.
• Experience with Figma.
• Conversational level of Japanese or above
