Our client are a global leader in the FMCG industry, recruiting a Total Rewards Senior Manager.

This is a leadership role with team management responsibility - you'll manage 5+ members. This is a great chance to take a strategic leadership role at a multinational corporation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of five+ members.
• Develop and implement strategies for grade ratings, base salary, and incentives.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking; ensure competitive compensation.
• Oversee the Performance Management Process.
• Work with HR and business leaders on compensation strategy & issue resolution.
• Participate in other HR improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Experience in FMCG (highly preferred) or similar industries.
• Team management experience & ability.
• Experience with performance management systems.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
