A global leading Japanese Manufacture is hiring "Total Rewards Senior Manager" as a new headcount. You will be responsible for the whole company's TR strategy including global and local and work closely with global stakeholders and HRBP teams.

The business is very established and high demanded in technology/manufacturing industry.

Key requirements :

• Over 5 years of experience in Total Rewards or C&B
• HR leadership experience
• Above fluent in Japanese and above business level in English
