- Oversee daily F&B operations across all centers
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
- Recruit, onboard, and develop F&B staff
- Oversee and manage Profit & Loss statements
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Develop and implement creative F&B strategies
- Implement operational enhancements through technology and process improvements
- Conduct local market analysis for innovative F&B concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related fields
- 5+ years in hospitality, 2+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and inventory management
- Experience managing Profit & Loss and budgets
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work in Japan and hold a liquor license
- Experience in menu development and promotional strategies
