Our client, a company in the sports retail industry, is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead strategic initiatives in organizational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement talent management and justice and belonging strategies, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for future growth. The position requires managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize talent processes.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead organizational structure redesign for improved efficiency
- Develop and implement talent management strategies
- Lead change management initiatives for smooth transitions
- Design and implement talent development programs
- Manage and coach team members on projects
- Collaborate with global teams on justice and belonging strategies
- Analyze data to assess talent management effectiveness

Qualifications:


- 8-10 years in organizational design and talent management (mandatory)
- Expertise in organizational design and development (mandatory)
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and communication strategy
- Japanese native, permission to work in Japan required (mandatory)
- Business level English, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Workday, Culture Amp, Ashita no Cloud
- Experience with talent management strategies and employee lifecycle
- Experience in leadership development and instructional design
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
