Talent Acquisition Manager - Multinational Healthcare Firm

A Tier-1 Multinational Healthcare Firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their TA Team.

This person will be the leader for all Talent Acquisition initiatives in the Japan region, from talent attraction to on-boarding. This person will:

• be the point of contact for the Japan region and engage with key stakeholders

• develop and execute talent strategy in partnership with hiring managers and business partners

• engage in hands-on recruitment activities with TA staff

• manage relationships with vendors and agencies

• improve and localize employment branding to attract and retain the best talent

• be involved in project work with the global TA teams

This position will manage 1 TA Specialist and 1 TA Coordinator.
