Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor field, is seeking a TA Manager / Head of Recruitment for their manufacturing sector. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead recruitment projects and manage stakeholder relationships within a global team. The position offers a competitive salary range of 750-1200万円, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including remote work options and extensive leave policies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Formulate recruitment plans for manufacturing roles
- Define job requirements with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment project progress for the team
- Communicate with global HR team
- Lead recruitment and management of fixed-term employees
- Lead Japan HR projects with global coordination
- Plan and participate in recruiting events


Qualifications:


- 10+ years HR experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan
- 5+ years recruitment experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan
- Leadership/manager experience is mandatory
- Expertise in Japanese employment and labor laws
- Native Japanese speaker with JLPT N1
- Business English skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with ATS and HR software applications
