Key Responsibilities:

- Develop global recruitment strategies for IT and creative roles
- Source and attract candidates for IT and creative positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hybrid roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in IT services or creative industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with global recruitment strategies
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
