Our client, a tier 1 reputable firm in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment needs in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, engage in wider HR projects, and report to regional leadership, all while using your English language skills.

業務内容：

- 日本における採用活動を監督し、人事戦略に合わせて推進

- 採用戦略の開発と実施

- 候補者体験を向上させるための採用マネージャートレーニングの実施

- 多様な人材を引き付け、ブランドのプレゼンスを拡大

- 人事部門や採用マネージャーとの連携によるタレントニーズへの対応

- 日本の人事チームを率いて採用活動を推進

- APAC地域の採用リーダーシップ委員会への参加

応募資格：

- 採用リーダーシップの役割で5年以上の経験

- 日本語と英語の流暢なスキル（必須）

- FMCG業界での経験があれば尚可

- 日本の雇用規制に関する強い知識

- 採用マーケティングと人材獲得技術の経験

- 採用戦略の開発と実施の実績

- 多様性、公平性、包括性のイニシアチブに関する経験
